So they threatened downpour and in the end it was just a few sprinkles... But I suppose it was pretty steady. So I had a quiet day. Just went to the British Library and looked at these fabulous ancient books... and Beatles manuscripts...and Jane Austen manuscripts! Book nerd heaven. Overheard on the double decker bus on the way home: I love building a book collection. Makes me feel so special. Hmmm... this was spoken by a 20something girl on the phone. When did I start cultivating a book collection? Was I 8??? Sometimes it's obvious what you'll be when you grow up... C:
